- DEFINITIONS
For the purpose of the application and interpretation of this Agreement, the following terms will have the meanings specified below:

BUYER: A real or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a product or service for purposes other than commercial or professional,
SITE: The website owned by the SELLER,
ORDERING PERSON: A real or legal person who places an order for a product or service via the SELLER’s website,
PARTIES: SELLER and BUYER,
AGREEMENT: This agreement signed between the SELLER and the BUYER,
PRODUCT: The movable items or intangible goods (such as software, sound, visuals) provided through electronic platforms.
- SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the sale and delivery of the product, which the BUYER orders electronically from the SELLER’s website, and is subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Selling Regulation.
The prices listed and advertised on the website are the sale prices. These prices and promises are valid until updated or changed. Prices that are announced for a limited period will be valid until the specified time.

7.1. The basic features of the product/service (type, quantity, brand/model, color, quantity) are published on the SELLER’s website. If the SELLER has organized a campaign, the relevant product features can be reviewed during the campaign period. The campaign is valid until the end of the campaign period.
7.2. The prices listed and advertised on the website are the sale prices. These prices and promises are valid until updated or changed. Prices announced for a limited period will be valid until the specified period ends.

7.4. The shipping cost for the product will be paid by the BUYER.

GENERAL TERMS
9.1. The BUYER confirms, declares, and undertakes that they have read the preliminary information about the product, including the basic features, sales price, payment method, and delivery terms on the SELLER’s website and that they have provided the necessary confirmation electronically. The BUYER also confirms, declares, and undertakes that they have received the required information regarding the product and its price, taxes, payment, and delivery details.
9.2. Each product subject to the Agreement will be delivered to the BUYER or the recipient at the specified address within the period stated in the preliminary information on the website, not exceeding 30 days, depending on the distance of the BUYER’s location. If the product cannot be delivered within this period, the BUYER has the right to cancel the Agreement.
9.3. The SELLER undertakes to deliver the product in full, in accordance with the order specifications, and with all required documents, such as warranty certificates, user manuals, and other necessary information. The product will be delivered in a manner that complies with the legal regulations and standards.
9.4. If the SELLER cannot fulfill the obligations under the Agreement before the expiration of the delivery period, the SELLER may, after informing the BUYER and receiving explicit approval, provide a product of equal quality and price instead.
9.5. In the event the SELLER cannot fulfill the obligations under the Agreement due to impossibility of performance, they will inform the BUYER in writing within 3 days after becoming aware of this situation, and the total amount paid by the BUYER will be refunded within 14 days.
9.6. The BUYER agrees and undertakes that if the payment for the product is not made or is canceled by the bank before the product is delivered, the SELLER is not obligated to deliver the product.
9.7. In case the product is delivered to the BUYER or the recipient, and the payment is later found to have been fraudulently made by an unauthorized party, the BUYER undertakes to return the product within 3 days at the SELLER's expense.
9.8. The SELLER will inform the BUYER if they are unable to deliver the product within the agreed period due to unforeseen and unavoidable events, such as force majeure. In such cases, the BUYER has the right to cancel the order or request a replacement product or an extension of the delivery time. If the order is canceled, the SELLER will refund the amount paid by the BUYER within 14 days.
9.9. The SELLER may communicate with the BUYER via the contact details provided during registration, such as postal address, email, and phone number, for purposes including marketing, notification, and customer service.
9.10. The BUYER must inspect the product before receiving it from the shipping company. If the product is damaged or defective (e.g., broken, packaging torn), the BUYER should not accept the delivery. Once accepted, the product will be deemed to be in satisfactory condition.
9.11. If the person making the order is not the same as the cardholder, or if there is a security issue with the credit card, the SELLER may request identification and confirmation from the BUYER before proceeding with the order. If the required information is not provided within 24 hours, the SELLER has the right to cancel the order.
9.12. The BUYER confirms that the personal and other information provided during registration is accurate and undertakes to compensate the SELLER for any losses caused by the provision of incorrect information.
9.13. The BUYER agrees to comply with the laws and regulations while using the SELLER’s website.
9.14. The BUYER may not use the website in a manner that disrupts public order, violates general ethics, or infringes the rights of others.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
10.1. The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date without any justification or legal responsibility. In case of service agreements, the withdrawal period starts from the signing date of the agreement.
10.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must inform the SELLER in writing within the 14-day period and return the product unused and in its original packaging.
PRODUCTS ON WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products specifically made according to the BUYER’s request, products that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons, or products that have been opened by the BUYER (e.g., cosmetics, personal care products, etc.).
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the BUYER defaults on payment made by credit card, the BUYER is responsible for paying any interest or fees to the bank and accepts responsibility for any related legal actions.
JURISDICTION
In case of disputes arising from this Agreement, complaints and objections will be submitted to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the consumer court in the BUYER's place of residence or the location where the transaction was made.
EFFECTIVENESS
The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this Agreement by making payment for their order on the website.
